2015 CHASE ACCOUNTS

February 27th, 2015
Snowfall at Parker Fire Department

May 7th, 2015
North Texas Moderate Risk

Today there was a moderate risk for severe thunderstorms in Northwest Texas, Central Oklahoma and Southern Kansas. Today I was working for Fox, and they let me target the Olney, Texas area. I observed significant flooding rains, lightning, hail and some marginal rotation. With 4000 J/KG of CAPE, ripe dew points, shear at 55 knots and helicity around 400 severe weather was certainly on the table. I did not shoot many stills today as I was broadcasting live on-air for Fox. Video from this storm chase is below.
